The Balenciaga Runner in all-black is the definition of aggressive elegance. That distressed sole with the pristine black upper is giving "I spent $900 on sneakers I'm going to destroy anyway" energy. Walked from SCAD to River Street and the chunky tread gripped the historic cobblestone like nothing. The mesh upper layers are complex, three different textures in all black that you only notice up close. 11 days to the 912, came with the Balenciaga box and spare laces. These are getting worn into the Savannah summer ground.

The Orbit silhouette been living in my head rent free since I saw them on a BV runway recap. The silver and white combo is so clean, it's giving futuristic tennis club. Rocked these at the Bull City Food Truck Rodeo and an NCCU fashion student literally took a photo of my feet for her moodboard. The mesh upper breathes in the Durham humidity too, no swamp foot after 4 hours outside. The BV Orbit is that quiet luxury sneaker you don't see on every corner. Silver mesh with the white leather overlays is giving spaceship engineer off duty. Wore these to a rooftop study session at UC Berkeley and the metallic threads caught the Bay sunset perfectly.
