PK batch absolutely killed these, the black nubuck is that deep pitch black with the right amount of nap. The 3M reflective tongue hits different under the Hampton Coliseum lights, deadass lit up like a high-vis vest but make it fashion. Walked from HU campus to Buckroe Beach and the icy blue outsole held up on sand and boardwalk. The silver shark teeth on the midsole are the right metallic shade, not that dull grey some factories use. $109 to the 757, certified classic.

Balenciaga Runner Black

The Balenciaga Runner in all-black is the definition of aggressive elegance. That distressed sole with the pristine black upper is giving "I spent $900 on sneakers I'm going to destroy anyway" energy. Walked from SCAD to River Street and the chunky tread gripped the historic cobblestone like nothing. The mesh upper layers are complex, three different textures in all black that you only notice up close. 11 days to the 912, came with the Balenciaga box and spare laces. These are getting worn into the Savannah summer ground.

The cage mesh is the right size, the Jumpman on the tongue is placed correctly, and the heel tab doesn't flop around like cheaper batches.
